✅ Day 2 – The Hinge: Strength Starts Here
You’ll learn the hip hinge – the movement pattern at the heart of kettlebell training. We start with bodyweight, then add the kettlebell for your first lift.

 

✅ Day 3 – The Swing
The swing isn’t just exercise – it’s power, posture, and grit all rolled into one. You’ll learn how to do it right, and why it matters.

 

✅ Day 4 – Putting It Together
We combine what you’ve learned so far into a short, punchy workout. Simple, safe, and surprisingly effective.

 

✅ Day 5 – The Goblet Squat
Time to get the legs involved. You’ll learn how to squat properly with a kettlebell, building strength, mobility, and confidence.

 

✅ Day 6 – Core & Control

No sit-ups in sight. This is proper core work – planks, carries, anti-rotation drills – training your body to resist force, not just make it.

 

✅ Day 7 – Reset & Review
We pause, check in, answer your questions in the group, and give you a chance to practise what you’ve learned so far – without pressure.

 

✅ Day 8 – Pressing Power
We start teaching the kettlebell press – strict, simple, and stupidly effective for building upper body strength without wrecking your shoulders.

 

✅ Day 9 – Pulling Strength
Swings aren’t enough. We cover rows, band pulls and other essentials for balance, posture and injury prevention.

 

✅ Day 10 – Full-Body Flow
Now you’ve got the tools, we build a simple full-body session that ties it all together – strength, conditioning and control.

 

✅ Day 11 – Longevity, Not Just Lifting
You’ll learn how to create balanced workouts, why recovery matters, and how to keep progressing without burning out or giving up.
