Hello, I’m Fran – co-founder of The Angry Vegan Personal Training, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in the NHS, and a strength coach helping women stay strong through every stage of life – especially through menopause and beyond.

I’ve spent over 20 years working in women’s health, seeing first-hand the struggles women face - especially during menopause.
